Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship 12-36 hours from time order is placed, excluding any holidays that the US Post Office is closed. If we notice an error on your order and are unable to contact you to clarify then this guarantee is not applicable. Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays and through Sunday evening will ship that following Monday excluding any holidays that the US Post Office is closed.

If after you have placed an order you realize you ordered the wrong items, please contact at support@nicticity.com. Order changes may delay shipping. We cannot charge anything to your card once an order is placed so please do not ask us to just add an item and charge you for it. Please DO NOT ask us to COMBINE your orders. We do not charge any extra fees for "handling" your items.

If you need your items right away you can select one of our UPS Next Day Air shipping options. Your order MUST be placed before 12:00 CST Monday-Thursday for us to get the package out to you that day. We are NOT responsible for errors made by the carrier if your package is not delivered on time. OVERNIGHT SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Orders totaling more than $50.00 will be shipped for free by USPS Priority Mail. Keep in mind if your order totals $50.00 and you apply a coupon code worth 10% off your purchase ($50.00 - 10% = $45.00) then your order will no longer qualify for free shipping.

We will ship your items to the address that you provide to us. If your items don't arrive and the United States Postal Service says the package was delivered then we will do what we can to assist you in locating your package. The USPS does make mistakes so please check with your local post office and your neighbors to see if it has been delivered to the wrong address. If you've given us the incorrect address and the package is returned to us we expect you to pay us for the shipping charge to re-send the package. If you do not pay for the shipping charge your order will be cancelled and refunded minus the original shipping charges.

We simply can not and will not replace lost or stolen packages. If you wish to purchase insurance for your package please contact us before ordering. It usually only costs a few bucks extra.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Returns & Replacements

Submit a request using our Warranty page.

If you have issues with a product PLEASE contact us. We are here for you if you have a problem. There may be a simple fix we can suggest you try before deciding the part is defective. If the part is defective, we will replace it per the terms below.

If we sent you the wrong item(s), we will send you the correct item(s) at our cost and pay to return the incorrect item(s).

All purchases are final. Any potential returns will be handled on a per customer basis. If you are not sure, or have ANY questions about electronic cigarettes, please contact us before purchasing.

Cartomizers D.O.A. only (prefilled or blanks)

All items are covered by our One Year Replacement Warranty unless marked otherwise:

E-Cigarette batteries, USB chargers, wall adapters, cigarette lighter to USB power adapters. If you accidentally damage your e-Cigarette by dropping it or other mis-use, please do not ask us to replace it.

Within 30 days of purchase, a replacement for defective item will be sent immediately. You will be required to return defective item immediately as well. Your return shipping cost will be refunded at no more than current USPS Flat Rate Small Box price. After 30 days of purchase, warranty concerns will be handled as follows: Place an order for the individual item from our website. Pay for the item normally, with shipping charge. Your replacement order will include a postage-paid envelope for return of defective item. If the item returned is not defective, we will not refund the replacement cost or shipping charge. If the item is defective, you will be refunded the purchase price including shipping.

If you are an existing customer and have placed 3 or more orders we will happily send out advance replacement parts. We MAY still ask that you return the bad ones to us.

All replacement parts will be sent by USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. If you need the item any faster than that you will need to pay for the additional shipping costs.
